Terms & Conditions

1. Brand and Service Provider

The services offered under these Terms are provided by Skybearer, a freelance business consulting brand. All services, advice, and deliverables are provided under this brand.

2. Services

SkyBearer Consulting provides Business Consulting Services, which may include advice, strategy development, project support, or other consulting-related services. The specific scope of work is defined in each individual agreement with the Client.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

All consulting fees and any associated products must be paid in advance.

Payment is due within 7 days of the agreement confirmation or as otherwise agreed in writing.

Services will only commence once payment has been received.

Late or non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to reports, presentations, analyses, and other deliverables, remain the exclusive property of SkyBearer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The Client may use deliverables only for the agreed purpose and may not copy, distribute, or modify them without prior written consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received during the course of the engagement private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Liability

Alphaconsult provides services to the best of its knowledge and expertise.

Liability for minor errors or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence remains unaffected.

7. Termination and Withdrawal

Either party may terminate the engagement according to the terms specified in the individual agreement.

In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered remain due.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by German law.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

9. Amendments

SkyBearer Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in writing or via the website.
